My name is John Shackleton.

In the training world I’m known as “Shack” or “Coach Shack.” I serve as the performance coach for the National Championship Villanova University Men’s Basketball Program.

I also consult with and train a diverse group of driven individual clients, including pro athletes, Olympians, professionals and weekend warriors.

For the past 20 years I have been immersed in fitness and human performance. I’m a fitness and nutrition enthusiast and I practice what I preach.

That’s how I roll.

My goal is simple — be the best coach for my clients. If you’re satisfied with mediocrity, we’re probably not a good fit.
